Compression socks for health.

Circulation and blood flow decrease when the body is idle. During a long drive or flight, compression socks will keep your blood flowing manually until you have a chance to get out of your sedentary position.

The way these socks work is in their design and fabric. The most pressure is applied at the bottom of the sock, usually at the ankle or middle of the foot. The compression gradually lessens the farther up the leg it goes. This moves the blood from the foot up towards the heart. Improved circulation and blood flow means oxygen and other key nutrients are going to get where they need to be.

Wearing compression socks is a great weapon to add to your health planning. Put them on and forget about them. They are the best method for relieving the pain and reducing the swelling in your ankles and legs. Improved circulation can also prevent varicose veins  from bulging and forming visibly under the skin.

These particular socks have a seamless toe box, advanced arch support, extra long cuffs and soft foot padding for extra comfort. These features will also help to reduce skin on skin friction and prevent blisters.

Sizing is based on US shoe size.  Men: Small 7 & Under Medium 7.5-10 Large 10.5-12  XL 12.5 & Above Women: Small 4-5 Medium 5.5-7.5 Large 8 & 10.5 XL 11 & Above

These socks are measured at 15 to 20 mmHg which makes them the perfect compression for sports and daily wear. They are anti-static and anti-odor (that’s a good thing,)  and are proven to promote blood flow, reduce leg swelling and cut down on leg fatigue and pain. The better oxygen flow resulting from compression therapy will also help to reduce lactic acid build up.

Breathable Compression Foot Sleeves The Compression Magic (1 pair) Foot Sleeves are great to relieve pain and swelling from the feet. The foot sleeves has different firmness levels in 7 different zones on the sleeve. This different firmness helps the foot at the right places to reduce swelling. My legs were so much swollen up in a long 19 hour long flight. Even my shoes didn’t fit me so I had to change to slippers when I landed. I used the sleeves after to reduce swelling and for getting relief from my pain. Next time I flew, I just wore the sleeves during the flight and my feet did not swell as much and sure did not pain. I think it helps the blood flow remain the same even though I was sitting for a long period of time.

Sizing Note – but overall good These have a noticeable amount of compression, but not too tight, and still very breathable. They are comfortable and I was able to wear normal socks over them when wearing shoes, and I didn’t even notice I was wearing them throughout the day.
